Any News on the San Francisco Festival?

I haven't heard any news of the rumored San Francisco festival in quite some time and I was wondering if anyone had heard anything. In addition, does anyone think there's a possibility that should the festival go the way of the New York festival, that them might instead schedule some dates at Shoreline for that weekend ( I believe the festival was being discussed for September 11 and 12)?

I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on the subject, or if there were any rumors I hadn't heard about. thanks all

That is all I have seen. I wish it was the 11th and not the 12th. I was hoping to go over to Oakland to watch the Raiders/Steelers game in a sports bar!
