my page never loads for the 2000/04 shows.even at 3 in the morning.....is it me or just a server overload?

same here man, plus i was lucky to grab a show from the 2003 b.c i guess i was one of the first ones to get in, anyways its downloading now but its on the 3rd file, (which is downloading the first song really) and it just stops, like its on 0kb/sec and its not makin any progress, so i guess im askin is the server being overload have to do with my download? or is there a way i could fix this or what? thanks

it's probably most likely b/c it's so busy. You have no idea how many people are perpetually on that server. there is no downtime. ever.

LMAO....so busy that i can't even bring up the stats to see how many are on there.

i can only imagine what the hosting company says when they see a report of how much bandwidth going down there is

so how does anyone else actually get in, cause i see the download counts next to the links go up, yet no matter how many times i try i never have any success. and do the people who get in get normal download speeds, or is it really slow once you get in.

you basically just gotta be in the right place at the right time.

i grabbed 9.8.02 this morning at 3.5 MB/s which is the fastest i have ever gotten any show from here. that was around 8 am this morning.

You also have to keep in mind that the storage configuration on that server is still at a weak point - soon we'll be reconfiguring it so the shows are all on drives in a RAID array, so disk access (which is a bottleneck right now) will speed up greatly.

i don't think that is anything the admins have to worry about.

you just gotta get in there and do what you can when you can.

i have been trying to get 09.20.03 for about 2 months now....only able to get 2 or 3 songs at a time before it kicks me out.

it will eventually work itself out.
