Summer '04 Encores

What does everyone think the encores are going to be like this summer? Do you think they are going to play their basic closers such as what you are and two step for the most part. And what about the first song in the encore. Does anyone think maybe dave will start coming out by himself again and playing a solo song. If so will he play stuff from somedevil? Thats what I think. I also think that Sweet up and down will be a big encore song this summer. I could be wrong and probably am, but thats just my prediction.

I do think Lie in our graves would make a sweet encore. They wouldnt do it though. It would be cool to see some Last stop encores.

Speaking of SUAD, does anyone else like the DM+F versions better? I think it sounds much better but then again I was blown away at Mile high stadium when they played i think what was the last live version?

I'd like longer regular sets (maybe even two) and then I'd be happy with a one song encore (maybe with a short song before it).

I have no problem with WYA as an encore song if the intro is extended. Like 7/3/03.

I bet they only play one new song a show (some shows 2 some shows none.) I do think the encores will open with a Dave solo, and I wonder if a cover will be thrown into the set-list (not Watchtower, or Maker). Really I don't have high hopes for this tour, I think it'll be a normal tour. I think it would only be great if they improvise (not reherse jam) in each show, that would set it over the top (but they havn't done it in 12 years, I can't see them doing it now.)

I also hope the new sons aren't slow things or re-hashes of bartender, some new intersting songs would be fun.

I would not mind WYA as an encore ... every once in a while. I might be in the minority on this one, but I sort of hope that the encore won't open with a Dave solo. I like the whole band the whole show.
