Seek Up chorus help!

hey can anyone help me with the chord transition on the chorus for Seek Up??? i cant seem to hear it if some one could just put the chords with the words under it indicating when it switches or something like that, it would be awesome! thanks in advance

I think this is how it is.

For some reason I can't get the chords to stay above the correct words.

So the "A" is atop the "You" The "Bm" is above "emotion" The "G" is above "cup" and the last "A" is at the "flow"

The A chord is actually right be for "You"
