Tease before Recently at Polaris

Did anyone else catch this? I haven't seen anyone talking about it. I swear it sounded like Seek Up was teased. Dave was playing/singing rather quietly and we were mid-pavilion, so it was hard to make out. Though he sounded like he was playing Seek Up on the guitar. Anyone else have input?

At two shows (Central Park and the 18th of this month) I've heard a Seek Up tease before WAYG. Could be a tease, or could just be a little riff he plays to make sure the guitar's all in tune before he starts a song...who knows?

i was there and though i don't remember where it was specifically, i DID here a seek up tease on 6/24. i heard the first few notes repeated slowly by dave and i was screaming seek up and then it stopped... :(

i coulda sworn i heard Two Step teased RIGHT before nancies at 6/24, he played the first riff a couple times, im pretty sure of it too since i play the guitar and his hand was in the correct fret, but not sure on finger positions...looked like they were

No, if my memory and ears serve correctly, Dave played a bit of Seek Up, stopped, played some more, came to the mic, sang a bit, then stopped, then played the song as if he were going to start (louder), then stopped. Then started Recently.

That makes no sense.

And yes, this deserves its own thread. Any more lip out of any of ya, and I'll be makin' a second one. ;)
