I say bring in all the great musicial minds you can to create these new tunes while touring. We know Tim Reynolds always has his own thing happenin' but I'd say why not? It's been since 1998!

i don't know. after reading the guys post, which i'm sure tim visits am.org often, he will seriously consider dropping all that he is doing to come play on tour. and its not timmy, it's tim. timmy sounds like a second grade students name

The band desperately needs his creative mind to help with this new album, but it is simple why it will never happen. DMB doesn't want him, they want to prove they can be great without him. Which doesn't make much sense to me. Carter, Dave, and Stefan are without question the best rythm section to ever be assemblied in semi-pop music, they can make anybody sound good and make great players sound even better. So why not keep with the guests of the nineties? Because the also need boyd and lerio for none solo reasons and popularity. The guests make boyd and lerio jealous because the guest make them look mediocre, not bad, just mediocre. Soloist like attention, and guests take the attention away from boyd and lerio.

This new material is great, but it is missing something. Tim or belafleck or john popper or trey. It needs that little extra creative work in the background to add something to it that BTCS and Crash had.

When are people going to realise that it's been 6 YEARS! And he's said no plenty of times. As recent as last Wednesday, someone asked him at a show and he said it again - NO.

People really need to get over it. If you love him so much go see a solo show. Just don't ask him to play, stream or any DMB song and don't call him Timmy and you should have fun.

Merely a suggestion, I'm not expecting TIMMY to read it, nor do I think DMB is in desperate need -- I just think it would be nice. I've seen TIMMY solo & it's orgasmic -- that's why I want him on tour again. Peace.
