Central Park Bonus Disc

i bought both the dvd and the cd, but i didn't get the bonus disc. How did people get this? i just heard about it, and i was curious.
what is on the disc? and how did anyone get it?

You can trade these. Just no for profit stuff... ie... most tapes.

But you could download the taper versions individual songs. The taper copies are excellent.
