That tab sounds good, except for the chorus. If you play the root note (E), THAT sounds ok, but the full E-Major chord just doesn't sound right. I've been trying to figure out what it should be. But it works if there's nothing else.

ehh...i kinda like the full Em, i see what your saying though.
all in all the song is fun to play. i get a cry freedom verse vibe too.

That is also right on the tab. Look at the right side of each line.

Unfortunatly, my second guitar is REALLY cheap, like $80, and the action is so incredibly high its near impossible to play above the 7th fret without having to push the strings about 1/4 inch or more.
