I can't totally help you out because you didn't tell us what series you are looking at.
But, I will tell you about the 314ce L-30...that's what I have.
Basically, it's the same guitar as the 314ce with a few cosmetic embellishments. My L-30 has a sweet Hawaiian Koa sound hole inlay. It sparkles in almost no light at all. :D
Instead of pearl dots on the fret board, it has little golden "falling leaves / wings" inlaid. On the headstock, it has a "30th Anniversary" inlay in light maple.
I also opted for a clear pickguard and all gold tuner buttons. I think it steps up the "classiness" of this guitar.

I believe the 2 represents the 2nd limited edition. The 30 is the 30th anniversary edition which is this year.
