He has used it for 3 months... he's selling it because he got a new one worth 2500

On top of that, it's only $60. Your friend is offering you a hell of a deal, so it comes down to what you need for inputs. You can't go wrong with any Behringer product- I haven't found anything with the durability and quality for that price. Durability is key for a product like that, and I've beaten the shit out of mine and it's still intact.
