Did anyone else find this hysterical? I saw him on an interview last night, and he adressed the camera, saying to G.W.B. that if he did not want to read his new column in USA Today he is offering to come over and read it to him.
Laughed my ass off.

Well at least he's used that line a thousand times less often than Cheney's used the "How do you think I got the job?" line when discussing how handsome he is in comparison to Edwards. Cheney's jokes are so old they can vote.

Whoa. What's with the anger? The man can't make a simple observation about some over-used jokes?
Go check out GW's campaign website. Cheney has used that line in his last 20 speeches.

Did I say that using an old joke makes Cheney a bad Vice President? Since you saw it fit to attack me, I know you just started college so I'll give you a writing tip: Using capitalization, spelling words correctly, and utilizing punctuation would be an aspect of writing you might want to try. At least you might sound intelligent.

i'll save that advice for an important discussion. this is an internet chat board, i hardly think punctuation is the important issue here. all i'm saying is that i'm sick of hearing stupid comments like the ones you made. just keep things with the issues, it seems like a hard concept, yes, but it can be done. there is no sense in comparing the jokes of the two, or a small reaction by a president, or what type of cereal they eat in the morning. there are more important things people.

The conventions and debates (or lack thereof) have shown us, SMN, that there really are not more important things. If there were, maybe the candidates would start talking about them instead of bashing the opposition. If there were more important things, there might be less flash videos floating around the internet making fun of the way a president talks, or looks, or spending so much time on whether or not a candidate deserved an award from the army. If there were more important issues, there would be no such thing as "Bushisms" or "Flipfloppers." The point is that until the candidates give us some issues to talk about, what type of cereal they eat in the morning is all we can go on.

i understand fully that both sides aren't giving the issues much thought, but we don't have to follow suit. doesn't make us any better if we are discussing the same useless crap.

PS Jr. Michael Moore is fat and it's because of THIS, he uses bad statistics and shakey information to debase fucknuts that need no debasing, as they were already morons to begin with. Seriously you lose like a half of an inch off the ol' dongasaurus for every 10.2 lbs over the recommended hieght/weight; so I'm guessing his penis actually goes in instead of out.

okay, as terrible as this post is, it really made me laugh. I had never heard anyone use the term ol' dongasaurus before.
Its okay to make fun of our candidates and political people. If we dont things get way too serious and heated. Laughter keeps people from going nuts over this stuff.

i've heard three different occasions where political leaders comment on it and completely lie (because they haven't seen it) or lie to defend the undefendable.

They may speak about how much they hate Bush, that is fine. but to release a movie like Farenehit 9/11, which in my mind it totall bullshit and an act of treason.

for Bowling for Columbine it was all the guns fault is what i took away from it.
Well, you can load a gun and set it down. It will sit there for 100's of years while it rusts away and cause no damage. It is the people behind the gun that are at fault.
Gun control isn't taking away guns it is hitting what you are aiming at

originally i was aimint at you for making comments like certain other people about moore and F9/11 without ever seeing it. it is plain stupidity.
and i don't think moore was aiming for gun control being the problem.
especially when he points out how many other country's have just as many if not more guns per person than the US and they do not kill each other even close to the amount we do. he only stated once in that film that maybe a society that is so scared all the time shouldn't have so many guns.
back to F9/11
stop making judgements when you haven't even seen it. you don't even have the right to comment on it. watch it and make your own (then informed) opinion of it. if you don't want to bother please do not go spreading comments on it when you don't have a clue about it other than what you are told.

The point of the movie wasn't the that it was all the guns fault. It was that America is a culture of violence and fear. When the guns are added bad things happen.
