I was a bit disappointed to see him as the keynote - kind of like a loose cannon. Not representative of the party. Hey boob, I actually did read what you wrote. You said you liked his speech; well, good for you; I'm happy. It's not very difficult to make a speech if you don't have to defend it though, now is it? He made a speech that he could not later defend. Just imagine how great Bush would have it if he could make speeches, say whatever-the-hell he wanted, and then not have to explain himself later on.

He could announce, "We have won the war on terrorism and all terrorists have been killed." And you would think it was a great speech. And no matter how false it would be, he would not be held responsible for it. What a brilliant speech it would be nonetheless though, right?

Interestingly enough, I don't base my news, views or arguments on The Daily Show. That was clever though, how you made that claim even though I haven't alluded to the Daily Show in this thread. Your accusations have the accuracy of a blind archer.
