nice...;)
did anyone hear zell on hardball saying "I wish we lived in the time when you could challenge someone to a duel" ?? (I saw it on the Daily Show)
He said it after some jerky question from Chris Matthews...

I don't know much about this guy and I am way too lazy to look it up...
But is there a particular reason he was chosen as the keynote speaker for the convention?
He seems like he is a bit on the crazy side.

Yeah, well Bush and the rest of the Republicans have separated themselves from him entirely saying he purely was speaking for himself.

I was a bit disappointed to see him as the keynote - kind of like a loose cannon. Not representative of the party. I feel like it was for shock value since he's a democrat and (apparently) tends to be a little nuts. I dunno... weird campainging this year. I hate politics, but I love debate... isn't it ironic?

The whole convention was for shock value.

DAMMIT ZELL!!! :lol Conservative Smiley says that you are :banned from the next RNC!!!
i liked his speech. on the note about kerry voted against funding for iraq, he made a great point that kerry wants to arm our troops with spitballs.

:lol :lol And then failed to give a single example of what he meant when being interviewed by Chris Matthews. Again, you base your point on no evidence whatsoever.

i saw this on the Daily Show as well. i just can't believe there are people like this out there.
what a fucking tool.
hey shrinky penis. sorry i dont base my evidence on the daily show, which is not a good source for you to base your political views on.
also you failed to read. i said that i liked his speech. not his interview with chris matthews you dumb sack of shit. the evidence i do have that follows what i wrote about is that kerry voted for the use of force, but then missed the votes on funding for our soldiers. this is a single reference, not a reference on such a large base as you are blasting me for.
thanks for providing drama you cocksucker.

Hey boob, I actually did read what you wrote. You said you liked his speech; well, good for you; I'm happy. It's not very difficult to make a speech if you don't have to defend it though, now is it? He made a speech that he could not later defend. Just imagine how great Bush would have it if he could make speeches, say whatever-the-hell he wanted, and then not have to explain himself later on.
He could announce, "We have won the war on terrorism and all terrorists have been killed." And you would think it was a great speech. And no matter how false it would be, he would not be held responsible for it. What a brilliant speech it would be nonetheless though, right?
Interestingly enough, I don't base my news, views or arguments on The Daily Show. That was clever though, how you made that claim even though I haven't alluded to the Daily Show in this thread. Your accusations have the accuracy of a blind archer.
On another note, you need to work on your insults. You remind me of the third grader who makes faces at the kid who just beat him up. He figures "hey, there's a teacher in the room," so he knows the kid can't just beat him up again on the spot.
