If you could Create or change 3 Laws in our Federal Government what would they be?

Hmm, here's my liberal fantasy-land:

1.) Equal protection in the eyes of the law for two people, no matter who they choose to sleep with.

2.) Free health care for everybody who works.

3.) Benefits for companies who choose to stay in America, and not move overseas.

3. The "Do Whatever You Want As Long As It Doesn't Affect Others" Act. Unfortunately, we'd then have to establish what does and doesn't affect others. Too many people want everyone to be free to do anything, so long as you only do what they feel you should. Some animals are more equal than others.
