questions about the harmonica

does anyone know what a good harmonica to buy if you are just starting? im not looking to spend a whole lot of cash, but i dont want just some cheep one either. also how hard is it to learn how to play the harmonica and the names of any books or viedos would be great too.
any help would be great, thanks a lot.

honer is good...i have a few, in different keys.

i can't play reall good but i have used them when i record w/my guitar sometimes.
