I take weekend sessions through yoga fit - I am certified to in level 1,2 and yoga fit senior and I am working towards my yoga alliance recognition. Which means that I need to take level 3 and 4 and some other extra cert.'s such as prenatal and kids and then retake levels 1 -3 again. IT's alot of hard work but I love it so much and it's a wonderful compliment to my massage practice
