Then, if they are complete morons, they call up Guy #4 cause he's really the one who should be there doing the intall. Guys 1-3 have the install so screwed up Guy #4 doesn't know where to begin fixing the problem. It'll take about 30 mins to get it squared away and then they will successfully start the installation of your printer. As it is installing, Guy #1 will remain to finish the install and talk your ear off the whole time about why he has no idea why the install didn't work the first time.
