My tree has barely any ornaments on it - I think that ornaments and furniture are things you collect over the years not something you just go out and buy to fill up your tree/house. Plus between the puppy, Kolbie, and Louis (my young kitty) It's better with the bottom half empty but with lights.

apparently, i'm utterly exhausted :rolleyes:
i came home from work yesterday, zonked out for 2 hours made a little dinner and crashed again (i love my recliner! :p ) i went to bed for real some time around 11pm and apparently all my napping didn't affect my sleep patterns cuz i passed out again til 4:15am when Edgar woke me up with his ass on my face :rolleyes:

i'm hoping to get the tree knocked out this weekend so i can get all these freakin' boxes (yes, Heater... BOXES! :evil ) out of here.

you can come over and help but i'm REALLY anal about my tree... i remember when nick was little and insisted on helping me decorate, well, he quit doing that after i told him my little "rules" :p
1. ornaments must hang free from the branch & cannot touch the surrounding branches
2. alternate colors so that for example, two blue ornaments cannot be next to each other
3. ornaments must be hung so that they're not in a straight line
4. garland must be strung so that all loops are equal and perfect
5. icicles must be draped on the branches one at a time
etc etc etc

it takes me all day just to do the tree but DAMN! it's awful pretty when i'm done :D

yeah, the recliner still numbs me out but it's sooooo comfy!
