Saw this about 1 and half years ago and misplaced it, but damn what a great recording by Sinclair...and the Gorge venue adds a nice touch. I was wondering if anyone could do an old fashioned vhs b and p. Im not sure if Ethan has converted it to DVD yet so im only asking for vhs if thats possible...any help would be sweet,my email is trippingoat33@aol.com

do u mean the dvd or vhs? i recieved the vhs of this awhile back from Sinclair himself...so its cool that its out but not sure if its on dvd yet....i heard somewhere that their working on converting to dvd

on a side not its i e m and just kicks major ass....when dave comes back from teh encore he picks up a joint and casually takes a couple puffs

well it could of been a cigarette, but he picks it up from the front of the stage turns around, then you see smoke exhaled from his mouth and then proceeds to place it on the floor of carters lil stage

Yeah the DVD is not supposed to be spread any further as a remastered version is in the works.

what are you talking about? the master has already been converted to dvd. that is what is posted on pushkars site. the menu has the actual source information on it, and it states that is the MASTER VHS.

master VHS is not the master tapes
there is no such thing as a master vhs when it comes to recent camcorder videos
the master is a dig8 or mini dv
anyone who has a "master vhs" as sinclair calls them has a 1st gen from the master tapes video

master vhs would be when you go.....video camera to VHS tape.....ie the VHS hasn't been copied

i disagree
master vhs is when you go tv into vhs

there is only one master
rather it be a 8mm, minidv, vhs no matter what you only have 1 master
so you can't go master dig8 into master vhs because its not a digital transfer
anytime you go analog you go up a generation imo

oh yeah you do import from the tv...I have never put anything onto a vhs only dvd....

although I have had a few vhs tapes that just look so much more clear than others

Sinclair hasnt put out the master yet of the dvd version...its probably a 1st generation from the vhs....i was told that the dvd is going to come out soon enough...so ill just wait for that copy , which would be the best quality

good point to all you traders. i recently decided not to trade my non-master tapes because the more it spreads, the worse it will be to get ride of them when the masters come out.
