you can make a case that Pats didn't belong in the playoffs last year also ..they should have lost week 1 the Bills were just idiots and that Ravens game when Clayton dropped a perfect wide open 4th down pass that would have gave them 1st and goal..so they got pretty lucky. i was comparing Harrison prime v. Freeney's prime.

While SB achievements are team things, you can't take away from a QB just because he's won multiple Super Bowls, nor can you discount it. You also have to understand that Brady won ALL three super bowls without superstar guys. There weren't any stand-out guys. Hell, he had some guys playing both Defense and Offense. Manning has always had insane weapons, and the years the Colts didn't really do too well is because all his super stars have sucked, were injured, whatever.

I think Manning is the better QB, but its very close. I'd rather have Tommy on my team than Manning, though. Statistically, he's better at getting squads to the SB. You can't argue that.
