This year has been the most fun I have had being a Patriots fan. It is so much fun to see the "old" Tom Brady back, not having to force the ball to Moss all the damned time. The man is great.

Not even sure. I just want him to get anywhere from 1-3 per week. Going pretty well lately. I love how everyone shit on picking him, and now it's a genius pick. We had a great draft this year. First time in a few years. Love all the rookies.

yeah, the rookies on our D are stepping up big lately.
did you hear mccourtys comment last night. after the game they asked him about santonio holmes' comments pregame (santonio said something along the lines of 'no rookie can cover me')
he said, "santonio's earned the right to speak that way" or something like that. he seems like a classy athlete. he couldve talked a lot of shit after the game. bellichick really knows how to handle his players

Haven't seen that comment, but I saw him interviewed after I think it was the Colts game, or maybe it was the Lions game, but yeah. Seems real down to earth and smart. I love it.
I love our rookie TE tandem. Hell, I am loving almost everything about this team. Only thing is I wish we had Gostkowski. Mesko threw a nice hit on that punt return that got called back. Bad ass.

I have an internet radio sports talk show. While I would like to interview Bob Ryan or someone akin to that. It's very unlikely to happen. So do you know of any Patriot blogs/fan sites that contain quality people? When we preview Bears/Pats I want to hear perspective from the Boston area. I don't want someone who's just like "Pats rawk! 98.5 the sports hub and Weei are the radio stations in Boston. Weei is the "homer" station. I would say Felger and Mazz are the best for non biased opinion. Felger is a Packers fan. You can stream both stations on line too
For blogs, I would see Mike Reiss on ESPNboston.com or Ian Rappaport on bostonherald, com. Boston.com has a pretty good blog too.

undoubtedly,
actually, I'm a bit scared of what Belichick may have in store for Green Bay. Ted Thompson is basically the only GM I've ever seen get the better of Belichick in a trade, and he's done it twice. I can't even imagine the elaborate, horrible, Childressesque revenge plot Belichick is likely cooking up to utterly ruin TT and make the Packers look like complete horses asses.

Ah its true..the only reason they have even won 6 games is because of Peyton Manning...its def not because of their defense or their running game...it all boils down to Peyton Manning. He is the only player on the field holding the team together and keeping them a game back from winning the division..he clearly has to do it all. Its a lot to put on one guys shoulders...even if that one guy is Peyton Manning.

i love when people say this...
yes, he's played on the same team under bellichick his entire career, but the system has changed. tom used to manage the offense, but rely mainly on the running game, then he got a few decent receivers and showed what he could do, then he got one of the best receivers in the game and proved he could be the best with great weapons.
call him what you want, his numbers are miles and miles better than peyton's this year, been to 4 superbowls, he has 3 rings and an nfl mvp. i'd say he's proven himself

yes. that proves my point.. Colts winning or losing this year is all on Peyton Manning..since he is all they have going for them this year. You can pin two of the INTS on Manning in the cowboys game..one was a blown pass interference call and the other was tipped...Latest on ESPN is Wayne might not be able to go tonight. yes. that proves my point.. Colts winning or losing this year is all on Peyton Manning..since he is all they have going for them this year. You can pin two of the INTS on Manning in the cowboys game..one was a blown pass interference call and the other was tipped...Latest on ESPN is Wayne might not be able to go tonight. It just goes from bad to worse..they really are the NFLs Red Sox this year in terms of injures to big name players
How does this prove your point? Yes, winning or losing is all on Peyton Manning. The problem this year is, Manning is a .500 QB. But somehow he should be the leader for the Pro Bowl/MVP whatever you were saying earlier. Okay.

I'm still not sure how he sucks???
I hate the "Pats don't have a stand-out super star" its stupid. Welker, Branch you had Moss.
Welker was nothing until he came here, I don't think that's a coincidence. And Branch is above average at best. He's nowhere near the level of Moss, Wayne, Harrison, etc.
The argument that Brady is a system QB is so asinine. He's excelled in every style they've played.

ahhhhhhhh no? I'm saying Tony Dungey pretty much made sitting the starters the last few games a staple..and prove 100% it works when Welker got injured last season in week 17 and the Colts sat their starters and made the super bowl..
Colts didn't need to go 16 -0 to prove anything or run the score up like a bunch of billy bad asses

Brady threw six touchdown passes—five in one quarter, an NFL mark—and the Patriots sent the Titans plummeting to a new low in their winless season with a 59-0 win on a snowy Sunday.
The Patriots gained a club-record 619 yards, with Brady completing 29 of 34 passes for 380 yards

Sorry he can carry an interview and is allowed to talk. He said their struggles were all on him..gave a lot of credit to the rookies stepping up and joked around with the TNF crew...Yeaaaa the guy is such a fake. :shrug
I'll say again Manning will always have more INTS then Brady, he takes more shots down the field then Brady ever will (also the reason his yards will be a lot more than brady). and is a timing QB. When he has rookies and Garcon the timing and the routes will not always match up. Nothing showed that more then White running the wrong route and got in Wanyes way in the end zone..the guy played defense on that play better than the Titans did.

don't follow the pats much...is this a huge loss for them? my guess is yes, considering the amount of lucky breaks the bears have gotten this season.

idk about that :lol :lol
i didnt see cassel throw 50...oh that's right... no one else has thrown 50 because brady holds the record.
single season passing TD record, 1 league MVP, 4 superbowl appearances, 3 rings, 5x probowler. a hell of a system QB!!!!!!
...when are people going to smarten up and realize they are watching 2 of the greatest QB's to ever step on the field in brady and manning? not just manning and whoevers at qb for the pats
pathetic

Missing Spikes isn't all that big of deal, he's a rookie. A talented rookie, but the Pats will be able to do without him.

pats lead the league in interceptions with 18 and mccourty has 1/3 of them. i'd say thats decent

Seriously. Without even counting interceptions, I think it's pretty easy to see that mccourty is the best CB on the pats...and on his way to being one of the best in the league

I dunno, spikes has played very well all year. Definitely not a season changing injury but is certainly hurts. Spikes has been in on 1st and 2nd down with Guyton coming in on passing situations at the MLB spot. Dane Fletcher or someone else is gonna have to fill in. Oh well, TFB will just put up 35 a game and it'll be fine.....

Forecast for Patriots/Bears: 2 to -3 degrees with the wind chill, 5 to 10 inches of snow, and 30-50 mph winds.
670 the Score in Chicago, and some sports station in Boston (it's owned by CBS and had a host named DA) did a simulcast. The Chicago people asked DA when the Patriots were leaving Boston. They said according to their intel 3 p.m. Did they leave earlier? I think the Patriots should still beat the weather, but I don't want a Vikings/Giants situation.
