If New England plays like they did last night, they'll win by two scores. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Ed Reed. I'm sure he'll play, but if he doesn't then everything changes big time.

I honestly think the duo of Hernandez and Gronk may be too hard to stop. Especially if the O-Line can protect Brady. Next week is going to be HUGE. The best offense left in the postseason vs. the best defense. It will be a great game.

Ya 35 would be nice. Not counting the line the Giant's defense as a whole isn't that amazing. They're horrible against the pass which should fall right into Rodgers' strength. They just played really sloppy. Not really Rodger's fault though. 4 dropped passes will screw you.

but in all seriousness, baltimore had a tough time winning on the road this season. their defense is older and slower and i dont think they can cover all the options the pats have to throw to. there's no way those LB's can stick with hernandez/gronk and if they sit back in zone Brady will pick them apart. i dont think flacco has the offensive firepower to keep up with this offense either.

If the offensive line keeps the pass rush at bay for the majority of the game (which I think they will) then there' s no way Flacco will be able to keep up with Brady's offense. Flacco relies too much on the defense keeping it close. I could see Brady and co. putting up 30. Also, our defense is playing better. You can say what you want about it being against Tebow but let's remember 2 weeks ago Tebow put up amazing numbers against the best defense in the league.

I wasn't around on here sat/sun, but would just like to say what a great game all around from the Pats. Really excited for Sunday and I hope Gillette is as rocking/loud as it seemed on Sat. Couple thoughts...

1. Hope the D can keep up the pressure. Sure they could play more towards the run against Tebow, but they really played well all around. Great pass rush, disciplined lanes. And having Spikes/Chung back healthy is helping.
2. O-Line: Great job Saturday, hope they can keep that up Sunday.
3. If given the chance, think BB would accept the opening kickoff after how Saturday started? That really seemed to set the tempo/pace/atmosphere of the game. I loved it.
4. Hope Ridley's fumble doesn't cost him too much going forward. He's the best option at RB if he can hold on to the damn ball.
5. Hope Welker and any of the WR/TE's don't take too many big hits from the tough Ravens D. Injuries can happen at any time, it'd just be a shame for it to be now.

agreed... they didn't play us this year either, which is huge. they haven't seen us first hand, which i think works in the pats favor a little bit more.

two things that stand out for the pats and ravens, and i hope this continues for next week. our defense was explosive... keep the energy high. the ravens scored 17 out of 20 points from turnovers, one of which was a gimme on the 2 yd line, and the other still well into houston territory

with that being said... the pats need to keep the D momentum, and if the ravens plan on winning, they are going to need to do a lot more offensively and get into a groove of scoring without having to depend on turnovers

San Diego threw all over the Ravens before because they threw outside the numbers..thats not exactly the Patriots game if you get beat down field by Branch then so be it but thats not going to happen often.. jam Welker one on one and double Gronk is your best way also if you can get to Brady on a four man rush collapse the pocket make him throw while moving, but if you blitz, brady will beat you. his release is too quick have to get to him with a four man rush. I still can't for the life of me figure out why teams leave Gronk open all the
time in red zone.

I def think the Ravens can do that and will do it can their offense run with the Patriots offense thats another story. I think Pats win but it will be close. Love to see Giants/Pats again I think the Giants are the most well rounded team left in the playoffs followed by the niners.
