I think that was totally misinterpreted. They have a problem with students "getting out the vote" when they should be in class.

Its true though. Same as the "Rock the Vote" thing. They dont come out and SAY... VOTE FOR KERRY. But in all of the ads and such its hidden and you have to be in 2nd grade not to realize they want yout o vote for Kerry.
Parent approval was needed...
Participation was voluntary...
Seems okay to me.

It's nice that they'll be helping out people too lazy to register like everyone else. But I'm sure the test scores in Milwaukee are in the top 5% nationwide, so they really aren't going to miss anything by not being in school.
