Now listen here Bush supporters. This situation isn’t getting air time because of a little accident. I personally think this was just a little accident and that there was no harmful intentions meant by it. The point is that when asked about it the Bush team strongly denied the allegations and went on their merry way. When the Bush team was leaned on by the press it decided to investigate the advertisement. Instead of trying to “spin” it out of the public’s eye the Bush team should have just responded with we will investigate it. There was proof and they still denied it. What started out as a simple mistake has now been spun as a deliberate betrayal that was aimed at voters. This is just another case of the Bush team not admitting their wrong doing. However in this case when the evidence was shown they couldn’t place the blame elsewhere. I do believe this was an accident but the arrogance of this team has caused this negative spin against them.
