I wonder if this is normal... When I play my guitar, the fingers on both of my hands get really cold and my left wrist gets hot. Does this happen to anyone else? I hope I'm not playing in a way that will give me problems down the road.

You have been playing like this for a year now?

If I were you I would ask a doctor ASAP, it probably isn't serious

But who knows, you could be fucked up :freak

That's weird. Call your doctor. Maybe you're pressing the strings way too hard?

You could have poor circulation in your lower arms meaning that blood hangs out in your wrist and doesn't flow well in your hands. Maybe you hold the guitar in an awkward position that would restrict blood flow. If that's the case then I heard it could lead to bad things.

Your correct It should.

Heres the lowdown. -Breaths in deep-

I went to sign up for a yahoo account some years ago, but the "ynk" part was taken in the one name I wanted....So I just had to switch the letters up. So from then on I just stuck with Ykn.

I think I'm going to ask a doctor. They haven't been getting very cold lately, but I would like to know what's going on.

i wouldn't doubt if maybe it's the angle you hold the guitar. Do you play a dreadnaught? If so you may wanna "hug" it a little more so you don't restrict blood flow.

That might just be nervousness or something...When im playing in front of people and i get adrenaline the palms of my hands get sweaty and my fingers get really cold.

If you're not nervous i don't know, but i doubt its really anything serious.
