If you are in the Dallas area, and you are slightly interested in the local music scene, there are several amazing things that are going to be going on soon... first there is Buzz Oven Volume 13... the battle is next weekend (Jan 15/16) $10 gets you into both shows/both days:
Sat, January 15th at the WRECKROOM in FORT WORTH
Sun, January 16th at CLUB CLEARVIEW in DALLAS
It's over 20 bands from the North Texas area... if you are bored and you want to check it out, you should. Tickets can be kind of tricky to track down, but if you are interested, I can send you in the right direction or hook you up... just email me at kristencline983@aol.com
ALSO... we have the Dallas Music Festival coming up, it's the second weekend in Feb... basically, a mini-southbysouthwest... really good stuff, you all should check it out.
