TNA is awful.
I gave it a shot the week Hogan debuted and the week after, but its just too sad and too badly done. But I'm glad I didn't bother to DVR it this week.
I'm done with wrestling period.
I'll look at news of it every now and then, but I can't watch any of it in its current form.
WWE is awful, cheesy and kiddy. And TNA is terribly written and often times performed worse, and seeing all the old guys embarrass themselves is no fun.

WWE would love to have Sting, Flair and Hogan, but just not what TNA can pay in money or easier schedule. WWE would probably offer Sting a Bret contract to do Wrestlemania in exchange that Sting does some PPVs and TVs, so who knows? I think that's the one guy Rock would come back for since it's the last big name he never wrestled.

If it's not Sting/Rock or HBK/Rock, I really don't see the point. Bret/Rock would be decent, but yet very poor since it's been so long. Granted Jericho/Rock would always be great because of who's involved, it's obviously been done before. Everything else just seems pointless to me, both in a feud sense and in a "dream match" sense.

I might be in the minority, but I really don't see Jericho in Rock's league. I think Y2J was a good gimmick and he's a solid wrestler that's good on the stick, but see him on the same tier as Edge, but not HBK, Rock, etc. as legends. RKO is somewhere in between, like Cena in that they're bigger than Edge but not quite Rock status.

Breaking News: TNA moving to Mondays. 1 week live, 1 week taped.

Spike TV and TNA Wrestling have decided the time is right to move TNA iMPACT! permanently to Monday nights, according to the Wrestling Observer.

As we reported earlier today, a second Monday night iMPACT! has been scheduled for March 1, head-to-head with WWE RAW for 2 hours.

While it is unclear at this point whether TNA’s official Monday night timeslot will keep the 9-11pm ET timeslot or if that will just be on March 1st.

The Observer reports that the likely taping schedule will be a live on Mondays one week, then tape the following week’s iMPACT! the following day (Tuesday).

We’ll have more on this breaking story very soon, but it now looks like the success of TNA’s January 4th experiment is what gave Spike the confidence to green light a new Monday night war.

Goldberg is too much like John Cena. Not really a good wrestler and doesn't have many moves, but uses his power to woo the crowd.

JR had mentioned that Goldberg didn't pan out in WWE because after the outrageous run he had in WCW (with the 182 I think win streak), it was old and fans were tired of it. Now he's older and probably even worse in the ring. TNA really needs to stop signing these guys and focus on Wolfe, Angle, Dinero, and the actual good wrestlers.

^ You're right, but he would certainly bring some ratings at least for a couple weeks, and they need that now to bring in more viewers if they hope to have any shot of competing with WWE.

As for Shawn Michaels, I love to love AND hate him. But I still don't trust him. And I def think he will win the Royal Rumble and beat the Undertaker at Wrestle Mania so that will set up the whole "Vince screwed Bret and now screwed Undertaker," but I guess we shall see.

Sheamus has Raw's title (WWE Champion), and the Undertaker is champ on Smackdown (World Heavyweight Championship). Christian is the ECW champ for what it's worth. The winner of the rumble gets to choose which title they go after (if they are primarily Raw superstars they can challenge Taker, or primary Smackdown superstars they challenge Sheamus....you get the idea), but each show has a respective title, to keep the brands balanced.

The winner of the rumble gets to choose which title they go after (if they are primarily Raw superstars they can challenge Taker, or primary Smackdown superstars they challenge Sheamus....you get the idea), but each show has a respective title, to keep the brands balanced.
