I've been waiting for this for a while. I haven't gotten to watch it in like a month, but I'm very happy they finally put the belt back on Triple H and hopefully he can have a good run.

I wish Kennedy would prove himself in the ring and have a few more matches go his way. I think he could be great as a high profile superstar competing for the championship. But I agree that CM Punk and MVP are going to receive a major push within the next few months, and hopefully Matt Hardy too.

They had the draft, and to me it was one of the best raws in a very long time, because I actually wanted to pay attention and cared what was happening.
Last year's draft sucked IMO, but this one actually shook things up quite a bit and has some major ramifications.

I saw about 2 hours of the draft. I didn't realize Kofi Kingston went to Raw until I saw a previous post. I enjoy watching him, I think being on Raw will be good for him if they use him right.

As for Triple H going to SD, I was shocked as well. His badass persona won't really work on SD b/c, I believe, that's geared towards a younger audience. I was really hoping Cena would've went instead; it would've made more sense. The good thing is that I'll be going to a SD house show in a couple months and there will actually be someone good there now.

But I looked him up on wikipedia and they said he was "kayfabe" banished from the WWE. Which means he'll probably end up coming back again.
Plus, he's too big a star to not go out at a major PPV, probably nothing less than Wrestlemania.

I used to think so, but last year he got drafted to raw and a lot of people thought it was gonna be a big deal.
Then he proceeded to make almost no impact at all.

I was going to top this thread last weekend because it was IWA-MS's Royal Weekend of Death (King of the Deathmatches and Queen of the Deathmatches) but didn't. The main event for King of the Deathmatches was a No Rope Barbwire/200 lighttubes/scaffold match. I saw a few pictures of the final bump (a falcon arrow off of the scaffold into the ring through a table with light tubes on top of it) in freaking sane I tell you.

So Night of Champions is this evening, and although I won't be watching, I will be quite interested to see the results and keeping up with them on the website.
This PPV has major ramifications for all WWE programming going forward, and that is pretty cool to me.

I hope they make good choices is all I can say.

2. Whenever Umaga or the Great Khali is wrestling and they use the "nerve pinch" on their opponents shoulder to extend the match for literally minutes unecessarily, while their opponent sits there pretending to writhe in pain like he can't do anything about it.

Mark Henry is awesome, and he was the best champion of new ECW (Granted, that's like saying you have the most curable case of cancer, but yeah.) Henry def deserved the title, and was a great champion. So STFU.

Henry was the dominating, take no shit heel that the ECW needed. Kinda like a more powerful JBL back when he had his 9 month reign a few years ago. The way they have treated ECW though, Henry won't be there for much longer, and will be moved to Smackdown, thus taking away another on of ECW's biggest stars.
