I've heard that you can just call MusicToday and tell them your WH username and password, and they'll change your order. You better do it by tomorrow, though.

From their website:

Merchandise Customer Service:
877-Music-77

I'd assume that's what you want to call. No idea about the cc or wh id. You should probably just have both ready if you can.

It seems like they are purposely going out of their way not to release Crazy Easy (considering they pretty much knew they were going to release GGP and purposely didn't play it). Does anyone have any insider info as to why?

yes too bad. the bonus disc is very disappointing.

This is one thing i don't need to hear to judge the selection..for me it scores a 2 out of 8. I really want to hear Joyride and Trouble With You so I'm excited for those two. But I could really do without the Mark & Carter Jam, no matter how good it is. With all the other songs they were working on in the studio they pick that as the 3rd B-side? And the live picks are pretty bad as well. Recently should be good to have with the pretty girl outro, but we have enough of that song on official release..more than enough...same with Crash Into Me (and its not a good version either). We just had Typical Situation on a warehouse disc. It hasn't changed. Hello Again & Sugar Will were just relased on GGP and are no different either. I figured we'd get a live Good Good Time and Crazy-Easy, but they haven't showed up in any capacity.

Oh well, guess i can't complain about any official release that the band gives away.

The good thing about this band is they can release songs/show that may not have been your first, second, or 20th preference and it's still usually awesome.

I have no idea, but I have a feeling that none of the songs that didn't make Stand Up are dead. I think we'll hear GGT, C-E, SW, and JR this year, too. So maybe C-E and GGT will make it on to the 2005 live release (whatever it may be - hoping for Randalls, two nights). Or maybe they'll go on the WH cd.

Using this logic, I'd give it a 4 out of 8. Joyride and Trouble With You will be nice, but I am also looking forward to Sugar Will (no Santana, which, IMO, is not a bad thing) and Hello Again (they better not cut out Leroi after the Carter solo!). The other 4 choices were bad.

i mean, it was limited to 2004, but why not a version of Pig? They played plenty of good ones and we only have the Gorge 02 version as an official release. They also busted out Captain once on 7/27..only time all year. It was sick too.

Pig would have been sweet. I would have enjoyed the stinky stinky Jimi Thing from Hartford -- that's a cool track. Even an '04 Billies or Ants would have been cooler than Crash.

Bump. I was going to start a new thread for this discussion, but I thought I would throw it in here since it remotely applies. If this has been discussed elsewhere, please advise.

*First of all, where do you think that the "cut" B-sides would have fit into this album in terms of quality?*

(1) Crazy Easy
(2) Joy Ride
(3) Good Good Time
(4) Sugar Will

In doing my ranking of the SU songs on another thread, I was thinking that those 4 songs (if they had been on the album, making the album a ridiculous 17-track) would probably have made my top 7. I like DreamGirl & Stolen Away, and Everybody Wake Up, American Baby, and a few other songs are still growing on me. But surely these 4 songs that were played live last summer would have been in the top 50% of the tracks in terms of quality. It's too bad they couldn't have dropped Smooth Rider, Stand Up, and a couple of other songs for (at least) Joy Ride.

*Secondly, do these 4 songs still make the rotation this summer?* Joy Ride clearly became a fan favorite (I reference the Warehouse-like "whooos" that would break out during the intro and the frenzy that would erupt during Dave's Grey Street-like whaling). And Crazy Easy became a personal favorite of a lot of people as well.

Here's to hoping that these songs still make the occasional appearance this summer :thumbsup (damn, I need a raised beer mug emoticon)

I noticed something...
I don't throw away emails very often and it looks as if they screwed us non-WH members on the extra b-side...
Here's a blurb from the email describing the bonus cd to me a non-wh member...
