DMB is going up against the new Weezer album and I don't think they will get a whole lot of competition from them....but the thing is that I heard BEVERLY HILLS alot more then American Baby.

The next week they will drop to #2 as SYSTEM OF A DOWN's new album hits stores and that will debut as #1 that week. The following week AudioSlaves new album comes out and I know that will be at the TOP OF THE CHARTS for that week. Now will DMB be able to stay on top for that 3rd week? I see System @ a strong #2. Seether has a new album with a very good single coming out that week and I see them making a good dent for their first week of release. It would be between them and DMB for a 3rd position.

The next few weeks will be very good for Rock music as alot of big name artisits have albums coming out!

Yes? No? It'll be the first one that I buy, and I won't be buying System of a Down or Audioslave. I guess we'll just have to see.

I saw their video on MTV this morning...

Do they think they're cool or something being all goth and death oriented? Who the hell likes that stuff, seriously? I have the same problem with Marilyn Manson. It seems like the only reason he is only fucked up to get attention.

Well I already pre-ordered Stand Up and I'll probably buy Weezer's new album... so that will just cancel themselves out.

definitely #1...for how long after that..who knows. They deserve it and I can't say it enough...change is good and this album is amazing! Enjoy!

There's no way that Seether is going to be ranked higher than DMB, they're only a half decent modern rock band that doesn't even have much of a fan base yet.

System of a Down...overrated.

I actually like Audioslave but I don't think enough people really like them to give them a number 1 spot.

Maybe. I don't really know much about their appearance, I just listen to their discs and have never seen them live. But they are hugely politically oriented and creating really interesting rhythms and often hilarious lyrics. And nobody sings like that. Nothing like Manson to me, who is just a shock rocker.

AUDIOSLAVE will be #1 when that comes out and the same for System. I like both but besides that they both have 2 hit singles on the radio before the album hits. Thats alot of motivation to buy.

As for Seether going over DMB I didn't mean by total amount. By the third week DMB's album sales will be down as all the DIEHARDS will have bought it the first week(should I say day?) and by the 3rd week it's left to the CASUAL fans. With Seethers new album coming out that will mean more money put into that album then DMB's, which has been out for three weeks. By the fourth week Seether will have dropped off the chart and DMB will be over them again.

Both Audioslave and SOAD are both great bands. I don`t know about these new albums, but their previous work (just one for audioslave) are all classics. Now stop bashing! :>

however I highly believe that Stand Up will sell a lot more
