Is there a review (didn't see one) or did they just give it a grade?

It won't be up until Monday on their website because that is when they update for the current weeks new articles. Check out this thread I have it scanned at the bottom:

Yea the one reviewer that did that BTCS review has this severe negative mentality against DMB. The reviewer (David Browne) that did that review of BTCS is a known hater of DMB. In an issue last year he finally proclaimed that he did not understand the DMB phenomenon and did not understand why they sell out shows every single year. This reviewer of Stand Up is a different reviewer so you can't say the magazine has a bias since it is two completely different reviewers.
