if i bought a stratocaster body, is there a way to make a space for two humbuckers and one single coil? I want to try an experimental guitar....

sure. You can do whatever you want
You can do better with the thread title- you'll get more people here!
Chris's statement has one caveat- you can do whatever you want as long as you know how to wire things properly. It's not as simple as just soldering leads, as care must be taken with insulation. Guitars are touchy beasts when it comes to things like induction currents and grounding, and you could easily blow up some expensive equipment with so much as a bad/missing ground.

i'd probably hire someone to do the wiring work. i know some guys at a guitar store that do that kind of work.
I'm sorry- I didn't mean to make it seem like you shouldn't try. It's a great learning experience, and something you can do for cash on the side. Just read up first, and if you have an old or beginner axe, take it apart!

no no...i wan't to have it done professionally. i'm going to be spending about 200 bucks on the body, plus another 120 or so on the humbuckers. plus who knows how much on finish, parts, etc.
i also don't have the tools that it requires.
Alright- sorry- felt like an ass for my original post.

$200 is kinda high on a strat body. I build & sell custom strats and you can get them on ebay pretty cheap, especially if you find someone selling something that they are really not sure what they have, or someone that listed the item poorly and no one sees it. I bought a 57 RI body for $75 just because the person did a bad job listing it. So look around good for parts.
