CK63 is what he used to record the show. I believe it was recorded into FLAC and you need to download a FLAC decoder to decode it to wav or get a FLAC extention for winamp if one exist, I'm not sure, I decode everything to wav.

yes. it was flac. i downloaded a track from each ice's and crumbo's...if youre looking to download one of the two, i would suggest ice's on this particular show.

though i must say, the tapers this tour have gone above and beyond in both quality and speed of getting them out. im blown away. thanks guys.

Jon's recording is great. I'm burning multiple copies for all my houseguests this weekend.

Crumbo- no need to apologize - yours sounds really good, just a little more bass and crowd noise. We were in those exact seats on nite 1, there was a taper one row in front of us and in about seat 10 who took his rig down completely when they put up the screens. Your 6-1 and 6-12 recordings are killer btw!

tough call, but i'm going with crumbo on this one, as well as for all the rest that he's gotten to us. to all the tapers: thank you so much for the hard work and absolutely ridiculous quality of these tapes. i can't believe how perfect they all sound. my preference between the ice pull and the crumbo pull is that crumbo's is better at the bottom end, and for someone like me who likes to drive with the windows down and doesn't have a big subwoofer, that really helps to fill out the sound. you can always turn down the bass, but it only goes up so high.

Wow, I came over here to post a link to my source and I got beat to it. Your on the ball with that, awesome.

It's confusing, but I am Scott, "geekmug," and my friend Rob usually goes by "trailmug," so we combined our names to make "trakmug" to represent our tapes. I know no one cares but there were more than a few people I talked to at the show that I said my name was "geekmug" and that'd I'd be posting a tape, so I wanted to clear that up for those people looking for our tape.

So, Crumbo, Ice or Dial/Ray?

I've heard the Ice and it is good. Sounds like everything is pushed to the middle, though. Doesn't have a full sound, but it is very clear.

Ice's tapes seem to have the best quality and clarity for both 6/12 and 6/13...crowd noise really comes through only when the crowd is extremely hyped, but isn't overtaking the music at all...Great tapes and thank you...
