This was the WORST Dave show I have ever been to. There was a 2 hour wait to get into the parking lot because the idot staff were only letting poeple in coming from the I-69 side. I have never seen Deer Creek so packed in the lawn, and to top it off, the idiot staff parked us in by 3 rows!!! :twak
The Robert Randolf Louisiana gig is getting pretty old, too. I've seen the exact same thing four times now :monkey
F' Deek Creek.

dude they're a great band, so the frig what if robert randolph is coming out and doing bayou he's friggen great and you aren't going to get it every year. they're here to rock and thats what they've been doing. so stop crying and get over it you big baby.

I agree, basically you are saying the experience is horrible, the show itself was fine except you didn't like Robert Randolph coming out for Louisana Bayou which he may have done 5 times which you saw 4 of them. Most of the people haven't seen him play once. Maybe you should slow down and not go to four shows if you are going to bitch about it.

also, this is the review for 6/12/05...Robert Randolph played 6/13...
all in all i liked this show a lot...the setlist was more to my taste (which isn't what most people like, but whatever)...seek up->you might die trying was awesome fused together...it was a little over 30 minutes long...great show...

Yeah the staff at Deer Creek must be retarded...it took forever to get in the parking lot, then took even longer to get out because of all the f'ing retards that do not know how to drive!
On the other hand I thought the show was amazing, and this was probably because I had the best seats I have ever had at a DMB show. The new songs were great, especially Stand Up, and seeing DDTW was a treat. Crumbo you are the man when it comes to taping thanks so much for the show!!

1. Um, he guested on the 6-13 show. This thread is for the 6-12 show.
2. I have NEVER gotten to see a guest at a Deer Creek show, so this is a treat for us.

Wow, I came over here to post a link to my source and I got beat to it. Your on the ball with that, awesome.
It's confusing, but I am Scott, "geekmug," and my friend Rob usually goes by "trailmug," so we combined our names to make "trakmug" to represent our tapes. I know no one cares but there were more than a few people I talked to at the show that I said my name was "geekmug" and that'd I'd be posting a tape, so I wanted to clear that up for those people looking for our tape.

Right now its hard to formulate an opinion, as there are only two sources out there at the moment. I've heard the Crumbo source and its excellent. I'm dowloading the Dial/Bray source now.

All three sources sound great. Ice and Crumbo sources are very similar. They sound outstanding as usual. Dial and Bray's has the original concert "feel" to it. I was sitting right by you all in Section D Row O Seats 1 & 2. I downloaded this source to see how it was, and I was very impressed by the recording. Great job guys!! Thanks for all the great recordings tapers. :)
