Let us know about your warm-ups...what is your natural reaction to sitting down to a fresh set and feeling a little "tight"
do you warm up "singles" right away...work on your feet?
let us know the routine...

eight on a hand
then eight on a foot.
then variations of that
some rudiments perhaps
if i'm real tight some streaching....
and whatever else pops into my mind depending on how I feel...and apparently large spaces between things helps too....

Bang one side.
Bang another.
Repeat as needed.

I would always warm-up for marching band, though I must confess I never had regular warm-ups for playing on set or ensemble percussion. When I sit down on a set I just jam very lightly to get the blood flowing, but thats it.
I think my marching routine could help a bit. We would do the 8 one a hand, tap accents, doubles and tripples, rolls, all the fun stuff...starting with the simple and slow and moving up. The same thing would work for warming up on a set I would think. Just move the stuff around the drums, bring in the feet for whatever you can Start slow, speed up, and end slow again.

Send me an e-mail and remind me, I'll scan in some of the stuff I warm-up with.
I have a big marching percussion background, so its mostly rudiments and the like. I don't do really anything to warm up my feet, I figure walking does enough of that.

8 on each limb (including high-hat FOOT) is a GREAT way to warm up...Always be sure to keep quarter notes/eighth notes going on the HH the whole time to get that beat flowing as well

Also, my drum teacher showed me just playing the ground like your bass drum pedal was their (or high hat) like you usually do in repetition is a great warm up. you start to feel the burn after a while. You can do this with your whole leg involved bouncing up and down (like you might if you were playing loud) and also just with the ankle/foot.
And walking doesn't do enough foot warm up. Not unless you are content with just playing quarter notes on bass drum.
