I found a Hello Again tab that gives the breakdown as this:

I don't thin that the 8768 is correct, does anyone have any suggestions on a substitution for this?

The tab is incomplete. The chord is correct, but misplaced. If you look in the thread stickied at the top of this forum, your question will be answered.
