Dave's Studio Mic and Mic Pre?

Does anyone know what Mic and Mic Preamp Dave typically uses in the studio? I particularly like the intimate feel of the "Some Devil" vocals, but info on Producer Stephen Harris, is tough to come by.

I think that I heard he uses a Neuman Mic (not sure of the model) and a Neve Preamp. But also they have a lot of mics and preamps in there studio.

Yeah, I would assume his voice would be a perfect match for the U-47, but wasn't sure. You probably hit the nail on the head though.

yea i know he uses neumann live..but not sure on the studio mics. My guess is he goes through a few, depending on the song.

Yes, the neumann is live and almost surely not what he would use in studio.
