Help with Konstantine

yo....i am trying to figure out the song Konstantine by Something Corporate but i am struggling because i am mainly a guitar kinda guy and can't figure it out on piano. If anyone would tell me some of the chords and what not i could figure it out. anyways, any way you can help would be awesome.
