Can somebody please explain to me the difference between Raised B and baritones, because it is confusing me right now, thanks!

well, they are tuned to the same notes just raised b is in a higher pitch. You use lighter gauge strings on a regular guitar. Baritone guitars are totally different, they have a longer neck larger frets, and daves acoustic looks like a jumbo style body.

Simplest answer: Raised-B tuning is an octave higher than a Baritone, or a baritone guitar with a capo on the 12th fret.

Another easy answer:
Raised B - up 7 frets
Baritone - down 7 frets
