OPINION: Your fav. DMB show

Im fairly new to trading but I'd like to get a few more shows in my collection. I'm not looking to own every show ever played, just a few shows that have great sound quality and strong sets.

So heres the question. Taking into consideration pull quality, setlist and band energy/special guests, what is your favorite show?

Depends on what you like, new stuff, old stuff, Bela and the boys sitting in, Dave and Tim...
This topic comes up from time to time. Try using the Search feature and look for "favorite show" or "best set", stuff like that.I know I've seen some fairly lengthy discussions on the subject around here and in DMBc.
Getting shows you've been to is always a good place to start too. Good luck.

9.10.00 is my personal favorite. It's such a sweet show. Check out the setlist on this, and believe me, it's awesome. Especially the version of Grey Street...the best I've ever heard.

I am going to limit my response to shows I was in attendance to. My top five in no order

8.9.98 noblesville, indiana
5.15.99 palace of auburn hills, michigan
4.20.02 ottawa
4.21.02 montreal
6.23.00 noblesville, indiana

Some other good shows i've been to have been the 8.10.01 toronto show, 5.30.98 was nice in alpine valley, and the three august Gorge shows last year.

In my opinion, every show is a great show :)
