If we suspended him the players union would have fought the shit out of it and just caused another massive disaster. It's his first substance abuse violation which isn't grounds for suspension by the league and there is no conviction until after November 9th when his trial happens. I think dressing him and using him VERY sparingly is all they can do to send a message. Send his ass over the middle a few times and let him get rocked.

Let's not forget, there are two current Dolphins with standing DWI's and neither of them were suspended. One just so happens to be their starting running back and best quarterback.

A DWI is a DWI no matter when it happens. And you want to talk about me making no sense? Do you know a single thing about the CBA? The substance abuse policy? The personal conduct policy?
