Ok, I did this recording using a lot less effects. I did lay down a drum beat that goes on for about 1 minute by itself around the 3:10 mark. I really like the beat so I just left it going for a minute. Anyways, again any feedback is appreciated. Thanks so much.

cool twist to a great song....
The only problem I have with it.......It sounds like you're jumping up and down while you're singing, and it makes your voice sound like it's stretched to its limit.
If the vocal was a little more fluid, I think it would be even more successful.

it was an okay effort. i don't find myself wanting to listen to it again. and the beat going on for a ridiculous amount of time at the end really didn't work for me.

the vocal wasn't great. there were some pitch problems and some problems with breathing that were apparent. also, if you're going to try to take a song and drastically rearrange it to make it more your own, leaving the melody basically the same without hitting all the notes doesn't really work. if you're going to change to much, you might as well change the melody to something that you can sing more comfortably.

the programming borders on cheesy.
