This features Ben Pezzner (http://www.benpezzner.com) on cello, Miguel Fernandes (http://www.miguelfernandes.com) and his fabulous voice, and myself on guitar.
This turned out great in my opinion. I came up with an acoustic version of Dream Girl over a year ago, recorded this guitar track this winter, then recently sent it to Ben so he could add cello. From there, I sent it to Miguel who added the vocals.

Ben really closes this out well. Listen to 4:28 - 4:32 in the left channel. How beautiful.

If it wasn't such a shitty song that would have rocked. I'm diggin that dude's voice and the guitar part, but the cello actually makes the song even worse than it already was IMO.

My honest opinion, and this doesn't have anything to do with anybody's talent, just this particular arrangement.

The guitar sounds choppy, and as if there a few extra beats per measure in the riff. Not sure why. I've heard your other stuff, so this isn't a personal dig, just a comment.

The whole thing sounds too slow...deathfully slow, actually.

It also feels like each of the three parts are moving at different tempos. It seems like the whole thing flows together, so they're not at different tempos, but it just feels like it.

I really dislike Dreamgirl, but the talent is pretty good, I just cant give good feedback on a song that already sucks.
