Amplification (i think thats a word)

I have a guitar pick up, but when ever I play, it makes it sound electric. Does it matter what amp you use, if so, what is an affordable accoustic amp could you guys reccomend.

I does matter. Acoustic amps are designed not to color the tone.

How it sounds plugged in with vary depending on what kind of amp and what kind of pickup you're using. Which amp to recommend sort of depends on what you're planning to use it for. If you're just looking for a small amp, look at Behringer's 15 watt amp. The thing's less than $100.
