Trying to find a program...

Trying to find a program that slows down the audio of the CD or audio file so you can pick out the notes individually. I know I've heard of such a program, but just cant remember the name. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Windows Media might have a plug-in or just a cpaability to do it. If you can find it somewhere, I know you can do it with Acid. If you have an Oink account, you can find it there.
