Noblesville 2007!

Hey all, who out there attends the 2 nite stand in Noblesville? Any Sleepy Bear campers out there? This is good times...:)

Yep, I'll be there...except I'll be at deadcreek camping. It's kinda sad this place is probably going away after this year, it's by far my favorite venue....

I know...I heard they were demolishing it. I had no idea...I actually saw the post on one of these boards a month or so ago. Any idea why?

It's not for sure the venue is disappearing, musictoday is just selling it. They could sell it to someone who wants to keep the venue.

I'm pretty sure that won't happen, but we can dream right?

That'd be great! I definitely want to continue going there every year! I'd hate to see it go...such wonderful times.

For sure. Being from Lexington, Ky. I consider Deercreek my home venue (sorry Riverbend). You are almost guaranteed a good time if you camp, especially at Deadcreek. It's hassle free and everyone is super cool. If this is in fact gonna be it for the creek this summer I hope they blow it out w/ a 3 night stand. The 2 nights of music there last year were unbelievable. I don't see any good reason why they couldn't just 3rd.:multi :multi :multi

There's a lot of housing developments going up around that area I think. The first year that we went there we had cornfields behind us. the next year there was a fence instead of a cornfield. anyways. Its sucky that it's going away. and even if it doesn't go away it won't be the carefree camping that it was before. we can only hope.

Hey everyone... not being an ass or anything but just to let you know the main thread for the Noblesville concerts are under "Deer Creek 2007" so I would welcome you all to start posting there. One of the people that regularly posts there works at the venue so if you have any questions about that or camping, he's really good about getting back to you.
