It's actually moving really good. You might want to make sure you have both incoming and outcoming connections (ie you have ports forwarding/opened).

you need to download uTorrent first.. if you didn't get uTorrent then just go to google and type it in.. i believe the site is uTorrent.com but don't quote me on that. then save the torrent and open it with uTorrent. hope that helps
