you could try some fingerpicking stuff. Check out guys like Doyle Dykes, Leo Kottke, and Tommy Emmanuel

well, i personally spend most my time writing/jamming to my own riffs/chord progressions.

depending on what type of music you like, try some neil young or beatles. they're both pretty straight forward and fun to play.

if you need song recommendations let me know.

That and then the later part that sounds like

7-7-7-5-7---7-9-10-9-7-
-----------------------
-----------------------
-----------------------
----------------------
----------------------

That what we kinda guessed at but figure it's not correct...?

The part where it picks up and gets heavier? Yeah, what you put sounds right for Roi's part.

yeah csny are one of my favorite bands. i see them every summer they tour.

anyway...

if you're into alternate tunings i really like deja vu. it's so simple and so cool. another is guinevere

ohio is pretty simple
heart of gold (young)
old man (young)
southern cross is perhaps their easiest song
helplessly hoping
helpless (young)
our house is also really easy
