so i get in tonight, take the giant pee i've been waiting to take for 2 hrs, set down my two gyros i shouldn't have bought and think to myself, "know what i could go for?" "Some goddamn african water hole!" I search for the thread, find it's been promoted to chat thread status (congrats by the way) and click the link.

I'm greeted by the most terrifying matrix-faced gentleman i have ever seen in my life. "This video is pirated!" he exclaims...

wtf? who is he and what has he done with my hole.

I should check it more often, I miss seeing the zebras...

Good luck on your final! Mine don't start until next Wednesday... PLUS I might be going to the Red Sox game tomorrow, so that's awesome, too.

which lodge will you be staying at in Kruger? I've been twice and have stayed in most of the major lodges, and a couple smaller ones. definitely my favorite national park in the whole world! you should see if you can make it to the Sabi Sabi reserve, which abuts Kruger, and get on the cam for us all to see :D

Of course. I lost track after it got moved to the Chat Threads. Same thing happened with The Badass Thread, So How Y'all Doin?, and Instant Classic. I guess I just forget to check in here very often.

You and me both, well I had other reasons for not coming around too but..yeah. At least it got rid of the egret haters. Don't miss them :thumbsdow

How sad is it that on a Friday night the most exciting thing I have to do is watch the sun come up over a watering hole in Africa? :lol

You can open this in winamp or VLC (or possibly wmp) to access the egret cam directly or this page in a browser http://www.africam.com/nkhoro_cam1.php.

Not sure about the other watering hole. You can try the link in my sig but I have no idea if that still works.
