once a moderator is figured out for your league, talk to them. what you should probably do is make a list of what songs you like in what order (maybe around 30 songs long, or so) from groups B, C, and D. Since you're last, there's no point in being picky about group A - you'll just get whatever's left. The mod can then pick for you based on your list until you get back, then you can finish the draft yourself.
