You can get TWO GREAT back to back picks.

honestly, a more fair order to do picks is this

you can keep the old orders, it's just a change in whether picks go from 1st to 10th or from 10th to 1st in a given round - I mean for the 7 rounds we should do what i said... see my above post, I edited it
